• One we receive your order, our manufacturing facility will begin working to knit your sweater with the utmost care and attention. We strive to finish knitting in 1 week, and then expect 1 week shipping time. Typically, you will receive your sweater within 2 weeks.
• Every knitted sweater is made to order for each customer, so we are unable to offer any returns. If you have any quality issues, please contact admin@heavenmade.ca.
