Hey! We're not saying that you have to do it, but…

We've been reading all over the news lately about how people are good at spreading their opinions nowadays. Whether it's on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram - or just in a conversation with friends - people are good at making sure the whole world knows what they think. Remember when you used to wait until Sunday to talk about religion?

While this hasn't changed from the time of Jesus, how people spread the word has evolved.

Now, more than ever before, there's an opportunity to reach a broader audience - one that even includes people who don't practice Christianity.

To reach out to these individuals effectively, you need to do it in a way that doesn't seem pushy or preachy. But luckily, there are plenty of ways to do this using modern technology. So we wanted to make sure all of our followers knew about some modern ways Christians can spread the word of God. 

Here are just a few ideas:

- Write a blog post about it

- Have a podcast episode about it

- Write an article for a magazine about it and include your website in the byline.

- Send out some tweets or Instagram photos about it

- Start a YouTube video talking about it

- Wear christian clothing to spread the word of god
